Privacy
studio/one is a prelaunch demand pilot run by GripX (gripx.tech). This page covers only this pilot site.
What we collect
When you send a request we store your name, email address, the session details you choose (workload, length, machine preferences, notes), and any preferred date and time you add. We also record your IP address temporarily for abuse prevention, and delete those records within a day.
Why
Only to review your request and contact you about availability and pricing before anything is booked. Sending a request is not a booking and no payment is taken.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored privately on Cloudflare (D1). They are never listed publicly, never sold, and never shared with third parties other than the hosting provider.
Your choices
You can close the page after step one - your details stay saved and you can simply wait. To correct or delete your request at any time, email raj@gripx.tech and it will be removed.
Imagery

3D viewer
The optional 3D model on the registration page loads from Sketchfab (sketchfab.com) only when you choose "View in 3D". Until then, nothing is sent to Sketchfab. The model is by Ibrahim.Bhl, licensed CC BY 4.0 (creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). Your request details are never sent to Sketchfab.
